5 Easy Tips to Improve Mental Health

In today's fast-paced world, we have to do a lot of work and have less time. In such a situation, our brain has a lot to do and think about, and it also get very little time to rest. That is why stress has become very common these days. In 2023, a study by India's leading insurance company ICICI Lombard presented a very worrying report in which it was found that about 77% of Indians experience at least 1 symptom of stress daily.

Stress is rising in India due to many reasons. The COVID-19 pandemic increased health worries and financial instability. Rapid urbanization and digitization have increased traffic, noise, and pollution, adding to daily stress. Academic and work pressures are also high, especially among younger generations.
