Let’s take a simple example: you are eating Dal, Chapati, and Salad for lunch. See how a common meal like dal, chapati, and salad balances the five elements in your body.

Fire (Agni): The spices used in the dal, like cumin, turmeric, and asafoetida (hing), help fire up your digestion, ensuring that nutrients are properly absorbed.


Air (Vayu): The lightness of the chapati and the salad ensures that the meal is easy to digest, preventing any heaviness or bloating.


Space (Akasha): The fresh salad with ingredients like cucumber, tomatoes, and leafy greens provides a refreshing, airy feel, while the crunch and variety in texture add a sense of openness to the meal.

This simple meal of dal, chapati, and salad balances the five elements, making sure that your body gets the nourishment it needs while staying in harmony with nature.
